Who’s Waging War in Libya?

As I noted before, the administration doesn’t think that it’s required to get congressional approval for its participation in the war in Libya under the War Powers Act because, as of April 4, it stopped being our war and started being NATO’s war. Never mind that we’re by far the biggest contributor of military assets to NATO and that American general is at top of the NATO chain of command.

Well take a look at this graphic representation of the comparative contribution of NATO member states to the war effort and see if you can recite the administration’s position with a straight face.
