The Worst Political Ad of the Election Season?

I’ve noted before that liberals are strangely obsessed with political messaging. And it’s good thing too. Take a look at this Joe Sestak ad and try imagining what Democratic candidates would come up if they were slacking off in the messaging department.

Worst political ad of the season? No -- this is the worst political ad OF ALL TIME. I had to watch it twice because I couldn't believe I was seeing dog poop in a political ad. Also, I think there was a little artistic license here -- did you see that the size of the poop? That didn't come from little Belle. I think it came from a Rottweiler.

What are people thinking? Maybe they are just trying to get our attention and, if so, that worked. But I wouldn't vote for a guy who waves around a bag of dog poop.

Let me see if I get this straight. Bush and Toomey are like a cute little puppy. And Sestak is a guy who smells vaguely like shit. Now there's a winning message!

"I'm not a witch" is going to be the 2010 campaign ad that people remember as the worst, but this one may have outdone even that. It's just so... amateurish.

Pat Toomey should run a response Ad: "I'm not shit, I am you."
